* Copy of your ID

* Proof of your social security

* Proof of high school completion (such as high school diploma, transcript or GED ect.)

* Your 2023 tax return & your spouse 2023 tax return (if married)

* Your parent’s 2023 tax returns if you are a dependent

* If you don’t have all the above documents by your appointment date, you can submit any missing documents after your appointment.
